Originally from Eastern North Carolina, Dr. Sarah Randles attended NCSU as a Park Scholar and graduated as Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude with a BS degree in pre-med Biology with a minor in Spanish. While at NCSU, her experiences with an internship at the Brody School of Medicie Heart Institute and an intruduction to complimentary and alternative medicine at Universidad Nacional in Costa Rica ultimately led her to a career as a Doctor of Chiropractic, where she enjoys combining evidence-based medicine with conservative care interventions to help her patients.
In 2012, Dr. Randles graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL with the honors of Summa Cum Laude, Presidential Scholar, and Valedictorian. After practicing in Asheville, NC for 3 years, she followed her heart's direction back to her origins in eastern NC in 2015.
Dr. Sarah Randles loves helping patients with chronic headaches, sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomforts, and myofascial pain syndromes. Some of her favorite clinical tools include Palmer Package adjusting techniques, dry needling, Graston therapy, Cox Flexion/Distraction and rehabilitative exercise.
In her free time, Dr. Randles might be found spending time outdoors with her husband, Dr. Adam Randles and their dog, River. She enjoys yoga, tennis, fishing and travel.
